How to wear teal and orange to the office

Wear them together, of course. That's how to wear teal and orange to the office. Choose your orange in a nice rust shade for fall vibes. Pair a rust jacket and teal trousers, and keep the top or tee simple and plain. Add some accessories that tie it all together.
Have you paired these colors before? For a more casual outfit, try teal skinny jeans and an orange tunic. Add a blue or teal beaded necklace, leopard booties and you've got a super cute casual fall outfit.

It's my favorite Monday of the month- 9 to 5 Style with Jennie at A Pocketful of Polka Dots. This month we chose plaid as our theme.
Plaid can be a little tricky for a conservative office like mine. Most plaid shirts would be frowned upon at my work, so I have to stick to skirts, pants and shirt dresses in a more traditional subtle pattern.

I recently added this A New Day scarf from Target to my collection. I had vowed not to add another scarf this year because it doesn't really get cold enough to wear them, but this one was a perfect match to the one on the GYPO shopping list and with the outfits, so I knew it would go perfectly with my existing outfits. It's also light enough to get away with wearing it in warmer temps if I keep it away from my neck, as I did here. (I can't find this exact one online so I've linked up some similar scarves below.)

I have this tee in burgundy and grey, and it's my favorite. I love it's loose fit and drape and it's perfect for tucking too.

These deals are even better than many of the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale deals and my Loft clothing is sticking with me season after season. Someone pointed out that there is only six weeks of summer left. For me there is a lot more hot weather left, but if six weeks were all I had, I'd probably start dropping off the summer purchases and start looking to things I could transition to fall.
