Stripes, florals and second guesses

Do you ever second guess your outfit choice? or maybe the pieces? I love all of these pieces and was venturing out to put them together for one of the GYPO Spring Challenge prompts, but after looking closely at the photos, I'm second guessing my choices.

Spring vibes and subtle pattern mixing

I announced a couple of weeks ago that I was finished posting winter outfits and would be moving on with spring stuff. I also spent a whole day about a week ago cleaning out my closet and relocating fall/winter items to the guest bedroom and bringing spring and summer stuff to the master closet. Well... Mother Nature has her own mind and own way. We had temps in the 30's to 60's all last week. So where did I go to get dressed? To the guest bedroom. I know those sound like spring temps to some of you, but trust me, that's winter in south Georgia.

A New Day floral scarf

Disclosure: This post contains affiliate links. I receive commission for clicks and purchases made through them.

I recently added this A New Day scarf from Target to my collection. I had vowed not to add another scarf this year because it doesn't really get cold enough to wear them, but this one was a perfect match to the one on the GYPO shopping list and with the outfits, so I knew it would go perfectly with my existing outfits. It's also light enough to get away with wearing it in warmer temps if I keep it away from my neck, as I did here. (I can't find this exact one online so I've linked up some similar scarves below.)
