I recently added this A New Day scarf from Target to my collection. I had vowed not to add another scarf this year because it doesn't really get cold enough to wear them, but this one was a perfect match to the one on the GYPO shopping list and with the outfits, so I knew it would go perfectly with my existing outfits. It's also light enough to get away with wearing it in warmer temps if I keep it away from my neck, as I did here. (I can't find this exact one online so I've linked up some similar scarves below.)

I also recently added this top to my collection. My plain navy tee was overworked during the summer and I have been looking for a navy tee with a twist, like ruffle sleeves or a peplum hem or something. This top has both- ruffle sleeves and hem detail. However, it's not tee shirt material. It's polyester. I just can't seem to find the perfect one.
The light and dark contrast and the velvet lace ups make this a nice transitional outfit. Even if the weather won't cooperate, I can still add little fall details like the scarf and the velvet shoes.
