A high end  Halloween look is easily attainable on a budget. We do a huge Halloween production at our house each year for the neighborhood trick or treaters. Plaid can be a little tricky for a conservative office like mine. Most plaid shirts would be frowned upon at my work, so I have to stick to skirts, pants and shirt dresses in a more traditional subtle pattern.
