Pink vest

Sleeveless blazer- Banana Republic  option  option
floral blouse- The Limited
pants- Belk  option option
shoes- TJMaxx  option
bracelet- Charmed Stacks  option

Even though the shades of pinks differ from the blouse to the vest, I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with how this outfit turned out.  I love vests or sleeveless blazers but struggle with styling them because my favorite looks are to go sleeveless but I can't do that for work.

I'm also wearing the House of Harlow necklace again from my Rocksbox. It's a really pretty piece and I'm contemplating purchasing this one.

Hope you have a great weekend.

Easy summer style

Top- Cato  option   option   option
skirt- Loft outlet  option  option
shoes- Target  option  option
lips- Smashbox primrose

I love an easy, comfortable summer outfit. Let's be real, who wants to fuss with clothing in the heat? The last time I wore this top, I paired it with wide leg pants. This time I paired it with this chambray pull on skirt (red version here). This is such a comfy skirt. I should have worn it more this summer. Maybe I could pair it with a plaid shirt and booties for fall. What do you think?

This necklace was in my Rocksbox. Try out the service for a month free with code FONDABFF.

Chartreuse and dots

Blazer- Dress Barn   option  option
skirt- JCrew Factory option      option   option
blouse- JCPenney   option
earrings- JCPenney  option
necklace- JCrew Factory  option
shoes- TJMaxx  option  option

All of these pieces are old. There is nothing new for you to shop, but as one of you commented yesterday, if you have good pieces, you have a good wardrobe and can mix them up.  There is no need for new items all the time. This skirt has been mixed over and over and over again. Another great skirt like that from JCrew Factory would be this one.  I am in love. I had a leopard print skirt but um... it didn't fit anymore so I sold it. I  would love to have this one but I'm trying to watch my budget. I just ordered a couple of tops from JCrew Factory and just before that the necklaces I've been wearing. I tend to go through phases where nothing at a retailer interests me for a while, and then, suddenly, I'm in love with everything.

necklace- JCrew Factory
Bracelet- Ann Taylor

I'm sure I've posted something very similar to this on the blog before, so if you recognize it as a repeat, my apologies.  While I do like to show you new ways to wear items, the truth is, I repeat outfits or similar versions all the time. It's life. It is getting out the door on time. I love this jacket and I've worn it a multitude of ways.

I do know for certain you haven't seen this necklace before,  unless you are following me on Instagram. The necklace is new. It's on major sale right now. Long necklaces have become my go to accessories for work attire.

Camel trousers for the summer

Blazer- Forever21  option  option
blouse- TJMaxx  option  option
pants- The Limited
shoes- Payless  option  option
necklace - JCrew Factory
bracelets- JCP, made by me   option  option

I typically think of camel as a color for fall and winter, yet I wear my camel trousers year round. They are a perfect neutral to pair with summer brights like this cobalt blazer and patterned top. I don't mean to overload you with this necklace, but once I received it, it fell into heavy rotation.

Do you ever feel like your days just become repeats? Get up, work out, work, grocery store, home, blog, dinner, dishes, bed. That's what I anticipate today will be like. If something goes wrong, I will regret being bored with the daily routine, but sometimes it becomes monotonous. Do you ever break up your routine during the week? What do you do to make it more interesting?
