I do iron, really

Jacket, pants- Sears; blouse- TJMaxx,
shoes- Target
Worn: Jan. 24, 2012

My suit looks horribly wrinkled, but I promise I ironed. This is one of those go to suits that I wear when I need to be active at work. It is comfortable. I've  worn it far more times than I've posted it, but I have shown it HERE before.

I'm going to go iron tomorrow's outfit now, just to be on the safe side.

Oh, and Happy Valentine's Day. I almost forgot since this post obviously has nothing to do with Valentine's Day. Do you have a special outfit for today?

Same suit, different day

Suit and blouse- JCPenney;
shoes- Target;
Worn: Jan. 17, 2012

I've worn this suit many times. It is a frequent go to for me. This is the blouse I originally bought to wear with it, but I have since mixed it with numerous blouses. You've seen the blouse before here and the suit here.

Cascade of ruffles

Blouse- thrifted; suit- Ross; shoes- Sears
Worn: Jan.9, 2012

Do you mix patterns? I've got pinstripes and a fleur type pattern going on here. There both so subtle, I don't think they clash. What I do think is that I shouldn't take photos at the end of the day. I'm too tired.

All business

Blazer/pants- JCPenney; shirt- Sears
Necklace and shoes- Target
Worn: Jan. 4, 2012

I tried out the "chunky necklace under the collar and over the shirt" look again. I like it. Adds a little fun to an otherwise "all business" look. Check out my other picks below that would work great for this type of look.

I could be an advertisement

Sweater, Blazer, Skirt, Boots- JCPenney
Worn Jan. 2, 2012

I could be an ad for JCPenney. The whole outfit came from there, and the sweater was a gift from a family member a few years ago. Hey, we shop what's available. And for me, where I can try things on. I have a difficult time fitting into anything.

A statement piece

Suit- Worthington separates/ JCPenney, lace shirt- JCPenney;
shoes- Famous Footwear; statement necklace- Piperlime
Worn Dec. 15, 2011

This necklace was a 2010 Christmas gift from my husband. I love how it adds that little something to any outfit- casual or dress. I get a lot of compliments on it. A great statement necklace is one of those must own accessories.
