I recently purchased this scarf from Poshmark. I needed something with some red to bookend outfits when I wear these red shoes. After exhausting my search at thrift stores and other online and in store retailers, I turned to Poshmark. It's actually something I should do more often.

Velvet for spring and Five for Friday

This is another outfit I wore during our warm spell in February. It was so warm I didn't need sleeves or another layer, and I had yet to wear this velvet tee. I thought the material would keep it season appropriate at the time.

This month I chose "April Showers" as our 9 to 5 style theme. We were each free to choose the direction we wanted to take this post. Today I'm sharing with you how to dress professionally for the rain. You know that feeling right? You wake up and it's raining and you think, "What am I going to wear to work?" Some things don't lend themselves well to running around in the rain, or even quickly getting in and out of the building when it's raining.
