These pants fit two of my favorite categories for summer pants- soft pants and wide leg pants. When it's hot out but I need to wear pants, I turn to these. Soft wide leg pants are breezy and cool, yet easy to dress up.

These pants are so soft and comfy. I purchased them last year. So far I had only worn them with black and white, but I wanted to challenge myself to wear a colored top with them. This bright blue top did the trick. It also gave me another excuse to wear my blue sandals. You know, the ones I fretted about and was afraid I wouldn't find very many ways to wear them? Yeah, those. I've worn them a good bit this summer. In fact, I've worn a lot of blue this summer. And, I'm not apologizing. Blue is a great summer color.
