Who could resist a cute blazer with ruffles and a peplum hem for only $7? Not me. It would seem such a neutral color would be easy to work with, but I have struggled to create outfits I like with this piece. (Here's an earlier one)This would be my favorite so far. A little color, a little pattern mixing, but all still in earthy neutral tones for fall.
