I've mentioned that I'm trying to add more spring like items to my wardrobe. I'd like to have a few more floral pieces and I popped into JCPenney with a $10 coupon in hand. I found a floral shirt and this one. Plaid! and pastel! I fell in love. I wore this to visit family Easter weekend. It was still a little cool out so I paired it with jeans.

An embellished sweatshirt and a pair of pointed toe flats were on my "must have trends" list so I snatched up these with my Gap card rewards last month. Sweatshirts had been relegated to just around the house but no more. With cute embellishments, they become outfit worthy.

I saw a similar look to this in a magazine a while back and had been waiting for the weather to cool enough to wear these pieces. I cannot find the inspiration outfit online and spent way too much time looking. Maybe I'll come across the actual magazine one day but I have been sending them to recycle since I'm trying to keep less clutter and I have most editions on my Nook. Speaking of such, how do you prefer to read your fashion magazines? Hard copy or digital?
