I have never been more glad to see Friday come than I am this week. I think a vacation is in order, but sadly, none are planned and I don't see it being slow enough right now to take one. I'll just be happy to be away from work for the weekend.
You last saw this blouse here with a black skirt and coral pumps and here with blush pants. I've also worn it with boyfriend jeans. This time I'm pairing it with black pants and a white blazer for the office. I think pieces that can be work on and off duty are my favorite.
And here are my five favorite things of the week:
2. These Ann Klein pumps shown above are a new favorite. I shopped for a little while for new black pumps and ordered three pair in a variety of prices from Amazon. I chose these and I'm glad I did because they felt great right out of the box and were comfortable for 8 hours. I love the way they look too. The sleek design will look really nice with skirts.
3. Stitch witch- saves the day. I accidentally ripped the hem out of the right pants leg of these pants above. I have a sewing machine but I'm afraid of ruining a good pair of pants trying to learn to hem. Stitch witch holds the hem in place just fine.
4. We've been having breakfast on a veggie egg casserole all week. I don't normally put carrots and asparagus in my breakfast casseroles, but I did this time and loved it!
5. Coral lips- I've been going back and forth between a couple of coral color lipsticks I have. Something about spring makes me want to wear coral lipstick.
