Embroidered jeans

I finally got on the embroidery trend wagon, and I started with this butter soft pair of jeans.

I'm not always quick to jump on trends, especially if  I can't  incorporate it into my daily work wear.  Embroidered jeans were on the GYPO challenge list, so I ordered a few pairs to try. Jeans aren't easy to fit anyway, so I didn't have great expectations. Hurricane Irma delayed my order, so I popped into the JCPenney store in town and saw this pair in store. I tried them on and it was love at first sight.  They actually fit. They are super soft, but hold their shape, with minimal pulling or tugging required. You know what I'm talking about- jeans, especially skinny jeans that stretch out after a few hours and leave you constantly pulling them up. Not these. And they have a fringe hem so I've got two trends in one! You'll be seeing more of these. I had another print top in mind but shipping was also delayed at the time, and I saw this top on the clearance rack. I couldn't resist a dark floral that I could easily wear in our warm fall. These velvet flats add a little more fall feel to the outfit.

Hope you are having a great week so far!
